Cancellation Policy

Subscription Plans

All HaloPeak AI subscription plans — Starter ($49/month), Pro ($79/month), and Business ($99/month) — are billed on a monthly basis. There are no annual contracts or long-term commitments.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of your current billing cycle. To cancel, please contact us at support@halopeakai.com or manage your subscription through your account dashboard.

Once you cancel, your subscription will not renew. You will continue to have access to your website through the end of the billing period you have already paid for.

What Happens When You Cancel

• Your website will remain live through the end of your current paid billing cycle.
• After your billing cycle ends, your website will be taken offline and your custom subdomain will be released.
• Any custom domain connections will be disconnected.
• You are responsible for downloading any content or logos you wish to keep before your service ends.

Refund Policy

All subscription payments are non-refundable. There are no pro-rated refunds for partial months of service. Cancellation stops future billing — it does not entitle you to a refund for any payments already made.
