Cancellation Policy

Subscription Plans

All HaloPeak AI subscription plans — Growth ($49/month), Pro ($99/month), and Agency ($299/month) — are billed on a monthly basis. There are no annual contracts or long-term commitments.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, please contact us at support@halopeakai.com or manage your subscription through your account dashboard.

Cancellation requires 30 days' written notice. Upon receiving your cancellation request, your subscription will remain active for the remainder of the current billing cycle plus the 30-day notice period.

What Happens When You Cancel

• Your website will remain live through the end of your notice period.
• After the notice period ends, your website will be taken offline and your custom subdomain will be released.
• Any custom domain connections will be disconnected.
• You are responsible for downloading any content or logos you wish to keep before your service ends.

Refund Policy

All subscription payments are non-refundable. There are no pro-rated refunds for partial months of service. Cancellation stops future billing after the 30-day notice period — it does not entitle you to a refund for any payments already made.
